1 Tsp of Organic Olive Oil
1/4 Cup of Organic Red Onions
2 Organic Mushrooms, Sliced
1/2 Cup of Organic Broccoli Floret
50g of Ham
3 Farm-Fresh, Free-Range, Organic Eggs
Salt
Pepper
Instructions:
1. Place a pan on medium heat and add the olive oil.
2. Add the red onions, mushroom, broccoli to the pan and sauté until soft.
3. Next, add in the diced ham steak.
4. Whisked the eggs and then add them to the pan.
5. Scramble until the eggs are cooked, then add the salt and pepper.
