Hey everyone.... HAPPY FIRST DAY OF WINTER!!! Sometimes its hard to get through this time of the year. We stress our bodies with overeating, consuming lots of sugar, lack of sleeping, anxiety about family time, and more. Don't forget to help your bodies and minds to help you have an enjoyable holiday season! Get lots of rest, stay hydrated, eat as healthy as you can most of the time, and supplement with at least Vitamin C, Vitamin D, and Magnesium. Most people are deficient in these vitamins and mineral, and they're very important to our bodies so that we can remain both physically and mentally healthy. Stay warm!
